A 68-year-old local resident filed a complaint with the DMIA-1 in Firdavsi district of Dushanbe that on July 20, 2025, at approximately 10:30 am, unknown persons, while on N. Karabayev Street, used force to take 3960 somoni in cash from him and fled at the scene of the crime.
During operational and investigative activities, militia officers established that the crime was committed by a 29-year-old man, a resident of Dushanbe.
An investigation is underway into this fact.
