As a result of operational and investigative activities, militia officers established that a 34-year-old resident of the Zafarabad district had been regularly humiliating his wife, a 28-year-old local resident, for a long time.
The above-mentioned woman, due to cruel treatment and harassment by her husband, committed suicide on July 10, 2025, at about 11:30 a.m., by hanging herself in the stable of the yard.
A criminal case has been opened against the suspect under Part 2 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, and an investigation is underway.
