On June 26, 2025, in the sports hall of Farkhor district of Khatlon region, on the initiative of the Republican Council "Dynamo" of the MIA of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the Office of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe programs, a training seminar was held on the topic "Prevention of drug addiction, vagrancy and other offenses among adolescents and young people and promotion of a healthy lifestyle."
The seminar was attended and spoken by the first deputy chairman of the Republican Council "Dynamo" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Colonel of the Internal Service Shokhiyon Asliddin Nazri, representative of the Office of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe programs Makhmadiev Khaidar, deputy chairman of Farkhor district Dilbar Rakhmatullozoda, head of the service for the prevention of offenses among minors and young people of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Farkhor district, militia lieutenant colonel Safaralizoda Aslam and psychologist of the hospital of the same district Khabibulloev Abdullo. 
The first deputy chairman of the Republican Council "Dynamo" of the MIA, Internal Service Colonel Shohiyon Asliddin Nazri spoke about upbringing and education, with a speech about upbringing, honoring national shrines, respect for parents and raising national self-awareness, noting that achieving respect for parents is one of the best human qualities. After all, by acting at the behest of parents, a person achieves all the best. At the same time, he emphasized the importance of preventing any unfavorable actions that pose a danger to society, and called on young people to do good deeds and avoid people who defame their dignity and the honor of their parents. He also called on young people to engage in various sports in their free time and pay serious attention to physical training. At the training seminar, Deputy Chairman of the Farkhor District Dilbar Rakhmatullozoda spoke about increasing the feeling of patriotism, love for the Motherland and honoring parents. The head of the Department of the Service for the Prevention and Delinquency among Minors and Youth of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Farhor District, Militia Colonel Safaralizoda Aslam, spoke about the prevention of vagrancy and psychologist Khabibulloev Abdullo spoke about drug addiction. It is worth noting that on this day, kickboxing competitions were held among the youth of the republic. More than 120 athletes took part in these competitions, who took honorable places. In the team competition, the third place was taken by the team of the city of Nurek, the second place was taken by the team of the city of Dushanbe, and the first place was taken by the team of the Farkhor District. The Republican Council "Dynamo" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and the OSCE presented the winners with cups, medals, diplomas, certificates of appreciation, certificates of honor and memorable gifts.
