Mashrabzoda Jamshed Khol is a Major General of Police. He was born on October 22, 1978, Tajik by nationality. In 2000, he graduated Institute of Entrepreneurship and Public Service of the Republic of Tajikistan with a degree in International Relations. In 2004, he graduated Academy of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation with a degree in Law, and in 2008, he graduated from Faculty No. 1 of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, specializing in training senior management personnel.
He has served in the internal affairs bodies since October 31, 2002.
During his service, he has held various positions, including: Inspector for Juvenile Affairs at the Juvenile Affairs Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Department of Dushanbe; Operational Officer at the Juvenile Affairs Division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Department for the city of Dushanbe; Deputy Head of the Juvenile Affairs Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Department for the Firdavsi District of Dushanbe; Head of the Department for Cooperation with Regional Law Enforcement Agencies of the National Central Bureau of INTERPOL of the Ministry of Internal Affairs; Senior Operational Officer for Specially Important Cases at the Ministry of Internal Affairs Department; Head of a Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs; Deputy Head of a Ministry of Internal Affairs Department; Deputy Head of the National Central Bureau of INTERPOL of the Ministry of Internal Affairs; Head of the National Central Bureau of INTERPOL of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan; Head of the Executive Office of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan; Head of the Internal Security Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan; and, subsequently, Head of the Executive Office of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan again.
By a decision of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated August 11, 2026, Mashrabzoda Jamshed Khol was appointed Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and currently serves in this position.
He is an outstanding police officer and has been awarded a number of medals and badges of honor, as well as certificates of merit and letters of appreciation by the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
For achieving significant results and demonstrating a high level of professional competence, he has also been awarded state honors—the “Khizmati Shoista” and “Jasorat” medals.
