On April 29, 2025, at approximately 14:30, the driver of an electric vehicle, a man, born in 1992, a resident of the Vakhsh district, while driving along the “Dushanbe-Bokhtar” Khuroson district, lost control of the vehicle and hit a cyclist,   a man, born in 1982, a resident of the Khuroson district, at a pedestrian crossing. As a result, the cyclist and driver of the Opel Astra, a man, born in 1980, a local resident, ran over the cyclist, who fell on the road.
As a result, the cyclist died on the way to the hospital.
An investigation is underway into the accident.
