Thus, the detainee took from the company two “Mercedes-Benz” cars worth 490 thousand somoni, one “Lexus-LS” car worth 250 thousand somoni, one “Range Rover” SUV worth 150 thousand somoni and another “Toyota Lancruiser-300” SUV worth 930 thousand somoni for a total of 1 million, 820 thousand somoni. He paid 332,800 somoni for them, and did not pay the remaining 1 million, 487,200 somoni, promised to return it in 4 months, but did not return it and spent it on his personal expenses.
The damage caused is 1,487,200 somoni.
A criminal case has been initiated against the suspect under paragraph "b" of Part 4 of Article 247 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, an investigation is underway.
