During the operational search activities, militia officers detained 32- and 35-year-old residents of the Pyanj district on suspicion of committing hooliganism, one of them was previously convicted under Article 200, Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The suspects, together with their brothers, a 29-year-old and a minor 17-year-old, residents of the Pyanj district, on April 18, 2025, at approximately 15:30, got into a fight with a 29-year-old local resident, beat him with a hoe, causing him bodily harm.
According to the conclusion of the forensic medical examination, as a result of which the victim received bodily harm of moderate severity.
An investigation is underway into this fact.
