A 38-year-old local resident filed a complaint with the DMIA-1 in the Sino district of Dushanbe, stating that on January 10, 2025, at approximately 11:00 a.m., an unknown person, while on N. Khuvaydulloev Street in the Sino district of Dushanbe, used force to take away her 17-year-old son's “iPhone 14 pro max” mobile phone worth 10,200 somoni and fled the spot.
During the operational search activities, militia officers established that the crime was committed by a 19-year-old resident of the capital, previously convicted twice under Article 244 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan.
An investigation is underway into this fact.
