As a result of operational-search measures, a 28-year-old resident of Muminobod district, who had previously been convicted three times under Article 244 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, was detained on suspicion of committing the crime of theft.
On March 29, 2025, at approximately 11:30 a.m., while on N. Karaboev Street in the Firdavsi district of Dushanbe, the suspect secretly stole a “Samsung S-21 Ultra” mobile phone from the pocket of a 39-year-old resident of the capital and disappeared from the spot.
The damage caused amounted to 8 thousand somoni.
