The 78-elderly men filed a complaint with the Asht DMIA that in April 2024, that a previously convicted under Article 244, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, 41-year-old local resident took from him 600 heads of small cattle under supervision, of which 131 heads of small cattle were appropriated himself.
The amount of damage amounted to 327,500 somoni.
A criminal case was opened against the suspect under Part 4 of Article 245 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, the investigation is ongoing.
