On February 19, 2025, in the Ismoili Somoni district of Dushanbe, in honor of the Day of the formation of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan, a regional round of the city military-patriotic competition "Vatanparvar" was held among students of educational institutions in various military, sports and educational areas, in which 14 teams took part.
As a result, the team of the State Educational Institution "Lyceum No. 1 for Gifted Students of Dushanbe" took 1st place, SOU No. 8 took 2nd place, SOU No. 1 took 3rd place.
