A 39-year-old man, a resident of the Sino district, applied to the Sino Department of Internal Affairs-1 with a complaint that on November 10, 2024, at approximately 10:00, while he was on Avestoy Street in the Sino district of Dushanbe, a 58-year-old man and his 22-year-old son, residents of Dushanbe, deceived him and took from him a Mercedes Gelinwager car worth 70 thousand US dollars, of which they gave him 13 thousand US dollars, and the remaining 57 thousand US dollars have not been returned yet.
Also, a 29-year-old man from the Sino district filed a complaint with the Department of Internal Affairs-1 in Sino district, stating that on February 15, 2024, at approximately 09:00, while he was in front of the “Yovar” shopping center, a 39-year-old man from Kulob city deceived him and took from him 100 thousand US dollars and a “BMW F-10” car worth 18 thousand US dollars, promising to return the money in full within 6 months, but the suspect gave 30 thousand US dollars of this amount and has not yet returned the remaining 88 thousand US dollars.
