A 59-year-old local resident filed a complaint with the DMIA-1 in the Sino district of Dushanbe, in which he reported that on January 10, 2025, on Furuzon Street in the Sino district, a 21-year-old resident of Dushanbe, having gained his trust, took 225 thousand somoni from him and promised to rent out a one-room apartment in a new building located on Kushteppa Street in the Shokhmansur district of Dushanbe, but did not fulfill his promise.
An investigation is underway into this fact.
