During the operational-search activities, mililtia officers detained a 33-year-old resident of Dushanbe on suspicion of intentionally causing grievous bodily harm.
The detainee on January 31, 2025 at approximately 16:40 on M. Sobirov Street in the Shokhmansur district of Dushanbe quarreled with a 68-year-old resident of the capital and intentionally hit the victim on the head with an iron bar.
As a result, the victim received grievous bodily harm and was hospitalized.
