During the course of operational and investigative activities, militia officers detained a minor 15-year-old resident of Dushanbe on suspicion of hooliganism.
On January 11, 2025, at about 21:30, the suspect, while on Khayoti Nav Street in Dushanbe, fought with his friend, an 18-year-old resident of the capital, out of hooligan motives and stabbed him in the back.
As a result, the victim with a stab wound was hospitalized in a medical facility.
An investigation is underway into this incident.
