On December 30, 2024, an award ceremony for the best in the sports direction of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was held in the hall of the Academy of the MIA.
At the beginning, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Major General of Militia Muborakshozoda Gayratsho Gulomsho, on behalf of the Minister of Internal Affairs, Colonel General of Militia Rakhimzoda Ramazon Hamro, thanked the athletes for their worthy contribution to holding competitions between teams of the country's structures, active participation in various sports events, and also congratulated them on the upcoming New Year 2025, wished them health, success and achievements in their profession and activities.
"The organization and holding of such cultural and sports events will undoubtedly be aimed at encouraging athletes and employees of the internal affairs bodies, who are considered members of the Republican Council of "Dynamo", and we are confident that this will contribute to the promotion of sports and the choice of a healthy lifestyle, as well as increasing the sense of patriotism of employees," he added in his speech.
The government of the country, within the framework of the wise and far-sighted policy of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the respected Emomali Rahmon, pays special attention to the development of sports in our beloved country. The creation and commissioning of countless sports halls and grounds throughout the country and, on this basis, the improvement of opportunities for physical exercise and training have allowed athletes to use modern conditions in the industry.
Today, the country's athletes receive comprehensive support, every success of our athlete is considered an achievement of our beloved Motherland - Tajikistan. Sport in society contributes to the constant improvement of physical fitness and health of a person, its mass participation helps to prevent crime and violations of the law, makes an invaluable contribution to the promotion of friendship, brotherhood and, above all, peace and stability.
Currently, the Ministry of Internal Affairs has created favorable sports conditions for personnel to engage in sports, and in the future, all necessary measures will be taken to keep up with the times, achieve sports achievements and the health of society.
In 2024, the Republican Council of the Ministry of Internal Affairs "Dynamo" organized and held 52 sports events at a high level, including 1 open tournament, a Spartakiad in 5 sports among children and adolescents, women, youth, veterans, law enforcement officers, security agencies and other state enterprises and departments, 3 international tournaments, 7 departmental competitions at the republican level, 37 departmental competitions at the city and regional level, 3 advisory seminars and 180 friendly football matches. During the current year, the students and members of the Dynamo team took part in national and international competitions, including winning 44 gold, 12 silver and 14 bronze medals at international competitions. At national and city competitions, they won 186 gold, 123 silver and 93 bronze medals.
The Dynamo Republican Council will use all opportunities and favorable conditions for training athletes, especially professional ones, and it is safe to say that in the future the ranks of talented athletes in the internal affairs bodies and new sports will be replenished.
According to the Deputy Minister, the responsible and dangerous work of employees of the internal affairs bodies requires them to be constantly physically and intellectually prepared in any situation in the name of protecting the rights and safety of citizens, protecting private and state property.
Therefore, sports and physical training of personnel are undoubtedly important, and in this direction everyone needs effort and tenacity, good health and dexterity!

The best in boxing was recognized as senior lieutenant of police Midzhgona Samadova, the best in sambo wrestling - senior lieutenant of police Bobodzhon Kurbonzoda, the best in judo – Loiq Kutbiddinov, and among the veterans - retired major general Khabibullo Majidov, retired colonel Khairullo Nazriev and militia major Khurshed Norov. The best football player was recognized as lieutenant colonel of militia Umar Rakhimov, the best the best judge - Major of the Internal Service Safarali Makhmadizoda, the best judo coach - Izzat Khudoiev and the best kickboxing coach Umar Odinaev, the best in weightlifting - Asomiddin Sangov, the best volleyball team - the women's team, the best athlete of the year in swimming - Zakhar Pilkevich.
At the ceremony, the hall of the Internal Troops Department of the MIA was recognized as the best sports hall and the best sports complex - "Dekhkonbacha". The best among non-professional athletes: table tennis among men - Ismoilzoda Saifuddin, the best coach in taekwondo VT - Ramazon Giyosov, the best athlete in taekwondo VT - Subkhon Radzhabov, in judo wrestling - police captain Dilovar Khalimov, in Sambo wrestling - private Mizrobzoda Anushervon, the best athlete in track and field - private Khujanberdiev Masnav, the best athlete in national wrestling - militia lieutenant colonel Davrukov Kamol, the best coach in Kyokushinkai karate – Saidakhmad Rahmonzoda, the best athlete in Kyokushinkai karate - Abdullo Nazarov, the best athlete in kickboxing - Idris Fayziev, the best athlete in chess - Muhammad Yunusov, the best in professional firefighting sports - colonel of the internal service Saidbek Aminov, the best coach in shooting - militia lieutenant colonel Sharofiddinzoda Khukmiddin and the best in team sports among men - the volleyball team of the Internal Troops Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. It was noted that at the award ceremony for the best sports in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the leadership of the Ministry and the authorized commission identified and encouraged a total of 37 athletes who achieved significant results during 2024, who were awarded gratitude and certificates of honor.
