On September 24, First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Abdurakhmon Alamshozoda met with Embassy staff, representatives of ministries and departments of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Russian Federation, heads and representatives of Tajik public associations in Russia, as well as activists of public movements 
Abdurakhmon Alamshozoda explained the key points of the Message of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, esteemed Emomali Rahmon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan and spoke about the achievements of the Republic in various fields, strengthening its role in the international arena, developing friendly and allied relations between Tajikistan and Russia, as well as good-neighborly relations with all countries of the region.
The First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic highlighted the main achievements of Tajikistan during the period of State independence and called on compatriots living in Russia to further expand ties, develop economic and cultural cooperation, as well as to educate young people in the spirit of national unity and patriotism in order to prevent illegal actions.
First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Abdurakhmon Alamshozoda also noted that the purpose of the meeting was to follow the instructions of the Message of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan,  esteemed Emomali Rahmon, "On the main directions of domestic and foreign policy of the Republic" and regarding the declaration of 2024 as the "Year of Legal Education" — the fight against extremism and terrorism, preventing youth from joining terrorist and extremist groups and the movement, as well as the education of the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism.
