On September 9, 2024, the Global Security Forum was held in Lianyungang, People's Republic of China, with the participation of heads of law enforcement agencies from dozens of countries around the world. During the Forum, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Colonel General of Militia Rahimzoda Ramazon Hamro, delivered a speech on the topic "Building a Community of Responsibility through a Network of Cooperation Created by Various Forces".
During the Forum, the parties discussed issues of bilateral and multilateral cooperation in the fight against terrorism, extremism, separatism, drug trafficking, transnational crime, human trafficking, as well as issues of detaining wanted criminals and other challenges and threats of the modern world.
