On August 9, 2024, after the conclusion of the regular meeting of the Council of Ministers of Internal Affairs of the member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States, a press conference for media representatives was held in Minsk, Republic of Belarus.
It was attended by the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Militia Colonel General Rahimzoda Ramazon Hamro and the heads of the Interior Ministry of the CIS member states.
The Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Militia Lieutenant General Ivan Vladimirovich Kubrakov, appreciated the multifaceted cooperation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States in the fight against crime. 
It was noted that the next meeting of the Council of Ministers of Internal Affairs of the CIS member states will contribute to strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation in the fight against crime and other types of challenges and threats of the modern world.
