On July 30, 2024, at approximately 01:05, the driver of an Opel Astra, a man, born in 2002, a resident of the Jaykhun district, while driving on the international highway "Pyanj-Bokhtar" located in the territory Jaykhun district, lost control and crashed into the wall of a grocery store.
As a result, the passenger of the vehicle, a man, born in 1999, a local resident received serious bodily injuries and died at the spot of the accident. The driver himself was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
Also on July 30, 2024, at approximately 01:40, the driver of a Mercedes-Benz, the man, born in 2003, a resident of Dushanbe, while driving from Bokhtar towards Dushanbe in the Khuroson district, lost control and crashed into a scooter driven by man, born in 1995, a resident of the Khuroson district.
Subsequently, the scooter driver received serious bodily injuries and died at the spot of the accident.
An investigation is underway into the facts of the accident.
