In the Czech Republic they want to prohibit closing their face in public places
Idnes.cz website reported that the Czech parliament is preparing a law on the prohibition to cover up a person in public places.
A similar law began to operate in Denmark recently. Also, the ban on closing persons is valid in France, the Netherlands, Norway, and Austria.
This restrictive measure will not allow Muslim women to wear a burqa or niqab.
In the Czech Republic, the bill is supported by Christian Democrats, the Party of Direct Democracy Tomio Okamura, the Social Democrats, the STAN movement and Prime Minister Andrei Babish.
Supporters of the initiative insist that the law is directed against terrorism and preventing the identification of a person with the help of modern technologies.
