Joint efforts to prevent conflicts among youth
Public Council under the Department Ministry of Internal Affairs in Dushanbe with the support of organizations Seyfervorld and partner "AZIT" in order to solve problems in the mahalla Zarafshon Sino district was organized meeting with the participation of asset managers house departments, representatives of secondary schools and the district police officers.
Member of the Public Council under DMIA in Dushanbe Gulpari Latipova opened the meeting, and briefed the participants about the level of youth crime and juvenile, the course of studies of the actions taken contribute to the prevention of conflicts among them, as the responsibility of parents.
It was noted that one of the causes of the problem is the indifferent attitude of the population and not the cohesion of the joint efforts of society in the decision and how to resolve this problem.
In the course of the meeting, made speech in the agenda the representatives of the departments of culture, science and education, women's affairs of Government Dushanbe city, and was a discussion.
Participants of the event were presented a number of effective proposals, approximately 20:00 pm after closing Internet cafes, to conduct a general meeting with parents once a month or in two month, more often organize meetings with the participation of police inspectors in the communities and neighborhoods, to prevent alien culture and other.
During the meeting Gulpari Latipova also informed present that, in the framework of conflict prevention among youth Sino district (Mahalla Zarafshon), which started on 1 December 2016, has already held meetings with mahalla assets and high school students of mahalla Zarafshon.
In this project 5 volunteer vigilantes and a district police officer, who will be provided with special clothing, will also contribute to the protection of public order of the mahalla. Also, planned establishment of banners promoting the prevention of delinquency and crime in specific areas. The holding of such meetings are scheduled to start in April 2017.
