Head of the Press Center: Mahmadzoda Nusratullo Mahmad - lieutenant colonel militia, born February 25, 1976. Graduate of the Tajik State Pedagogical Institute, Faculty of Philology and Tajik Literature. In 2015, he graduated from the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan with a degree in law.

Works in law enforcement since 2008.
Mahmadzoda Nusratullo Mahmad from 2008 to 2011, worked as a press secretary of the Press Department of the Department Ministry of Internal Affairs of Dushanbe.
- 2011-2012 held the position of Deputy Head of the Press Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.
- 2012-2013 senior officer of the Internal Security Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.
- From December 2013 to January 3, 2020 he worked as deputy head of the Press Center of the Office of the Minister of Internal Affairs.
On January 3, 2020, by order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, he was appointed head of the Press Center of the Office of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.
During the service, he was awarded letters of thanks, letters of honor, breastplates “85 years of the Tajik militia”, “For excellent service in the Ministry of Internal Affairs”, as well as medals “For Devotion”, “Militia of Tajikistan” and “For perfect service”.
