Rakhmonzoda Saidnakhsh Hakim from June 15, 2020 to January 27, 2024 served as Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.
On February 2, 2024, he was appointed head of the Transport Institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.
On the eve of the upcoming holiday of the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan on August 25, 2021, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Rakhmonzoda Saidnakhsh Hakim in the name of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, of Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon for the achievements and for the significant contribution made to the fight against crime, protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens, in the prosperity of the republic and high patriotism, was awarded the next special title "Major General of militia" анах внутренних дел и высокий профессионализм Рахмонзода Саиднахш Хаким награжден нижеследующими государственными наградами, медалями и нагрудными знаками:

Рахмонзода Саиднахш Хаким с 15 июня 2020 г. по 27 января 2024 года занимал должность заместителя Министра внутренних дел Республики Таджикистан. 2 февраля 2024 года назначен начальником Транспортного учреждения МВД Республики Таджикистан.
В канун наступающего праздника 30-летия Независимости Республики Таджикистан 25 августа 2021 года заместитель министра внутренних дел Рахмонзода Саиднахш Хаким за достигнутые успехи и за внесённый весомый вклад в борьбу с преступностью, защиту прав и свобод граждан, в процветании республики и высокий патриотизм, Основателем мира и национального единства, Лидером нации, Президентом Республики Таджикистан уважаемым Эмомали Рахмоном присвоено очередное специальное звание «генерал-майор милиции».
