Deputy Head of the 4th part for the technical use of the GUGPS of the Ministry of Internal Affairs; Deputy Head of the Department – he is also the head of the Department of Radio Communications and Control of Radio Engineering of the Communications Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.
