Head of the Department: Saidzoda Shohruh - Major-General of Militia, born on August 30, 1986. Higher education in law and economics. In 2019 graduated from the No.1 faculty of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.

- Deputy Head of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.
- since April 19, 2017 acting Head of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.
- from December 12, 2017, was appointed head of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Saidzoda Shohruh was awarded various medals, certificates of honor, letters of thanks for the results achieved in his service activities by the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and was awarded the badge "Best operative worker" for his high professionalism.
