Head of the Department: Salimboyzoda Dovar Salimboy – Police Colonel. He was born on October 11, 1977. He is Tajik by nationality. He has a higher legal education. In 1997, he graduated from the Free University of Tajikistan; in 2006, he graduated from Tajik National State University with a degree in Law; and in 2017, he graduated from Faculty No. 1 of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, specializing in training senior management personnel.
He began his professional career in 1997 as an Investigator in the Investigative Division of the Department of Internal Affairs of the city of Penjikent, Sughd Region. From 2002 to 2004, he served as a Senior Investigator in the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, and from 2004 to 2009, he worked as a Chief Specialist in the Department of Defense and Law and Order of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.
From May 2009 to January 2012, he served as an Adviser to the First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs. From 2012 to 2014, he worked as a Senior Inspector for Specially Important Cases in the Office of the Minister of Internal Affairs; from 2014 to 2017, as Deputy Head of the Inspection and Organizational Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs; and from 2017 to 2019, as Deputy Head of the Executive Office of the Minister of Internal Affairs.
From 2019 to 2021, he served as Head of the Executive Office of the Minister of Internal Affairs, and from 2021 to 2023, as Deputy Head of the Internal Security Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. From 2023 to 2026, he was appointed and served as Head of the Inspection and Organizational Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
On August 11, 2026, Salimboyzoda D. S. was appointed Head of the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and currently serves in this position.
He is an honorary police officer and has been awarded departmental medals and certificates of merit by the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
For his significant contribution to the activities of the Ministry, he was also awarded the state honor—the “Khizmati Shoista” Medal.
